The CAA is intended to provide an holistic review of the quality of services provided in your area. The new performance assessment framework is being introduced to provide a clearer focus on the quality of life for local people and the impact of partner contributions.

Challenges such as:

• safeguarding adults
• promoting their autonomy and well-being
• ensuring that children and young people have a promising future

...will all require local providers to work in partnership to deliver successful outcomes.
