The demands on today’s NHS are immense, and require a new approach to organisational management and planning. Over the past 12 years, SOLACE Enterprises has developed a range of techniques and models which have transformed public service, including the creation of successful joint health and social care projects. Our shared understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional, customer-led provision means that we are uniquely placed to offer NHS managers new perspectives and tools for improving and reconfiguring their organisations.
