We have built up this leadership curriculum based on our experience of working with members and managers and listening to what you have told us you need. We have gathered together a group of experienced and skilled facilitators – practitioners and successful leaders in their own right.

We offer opportunities for learning, both individually and in groups. We can deliver tailored leadership development as in-house programmes or as part of our Open Programme. We have worked with hundreds of councils and literally thousands of managers and councillors, giving us a breadth of understanding of local government that we believe is second to none.
